MINTING VILLAGE HALL - Registered Charity No: 521959

In a lovely rural situation, the Village Hall is to be found on the outskirts of Minting village.  Paid for from a variety of sources including the Lottery Fund, the old hall which had long since become out of date, was replaced by a totally new rebuild.

 

The hall serves as a community centre for the population of the four villages of Minting, Gautby, Waddingworth and Wispington, covering an area of about 10 sq miles.  It provides an excellent, well designed and versatile venue for local villagers to meet for organised events or for private parties.  Included is a licenced bar, plentiful car parking, provision for disabled visitors, an outside play area and numerous other facilities.

 

A committee of volunteers manages the hall and meets at regular intervals to organise the finances, review general operational issues and to discuss and arrange a calendar of events.
